Systems are everywhere – in how we get dressed, talk to friends, or handle a tough day. I'm especially fascinated by the systems inside our heads, the hidden ways our minds actually work.

I became really interested in this through Internal Family Systems (IFS), an approach developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz. Basically, it suggests we're not just one steady personality, but more like a team of different "parts" – each with its own thoughts, feelings, and reasons for doing things. The magic happens when we learn to understand these parts and connect with our true, compassionate self.

This collection explores those inner workings from different angles. Some pieces zoom in on our mental landscape, while others show how our inner world bumps up against the world outside. I'm playing with these ideas both seriously and playfully, trying to shed light on the complex systems that make us who we are.
